I’ve only listened to the latest episode, featuring Jason Pickard so far, but from what I know of Mike Schwartz, and the incredible work ethic he has, this podcast is an absolute gem, and is an incredible place for anyone to begin a creative journey, and to learn how to sustain the most important aspects of their health, both physical, mental, & spiritual, along their journey!

I love Michael's generous heart especially how he starts show with Gratitude and then creates space for the guest to really shine, and I love the subtitles so that I can learn content visual and audio. I'm biased since I'm a huge Fan of Mike as a person who walks his talk !

I really enjoy the fresh take on health for musicians! It’s important to keep striving and Mike’s topics and guests keep me motivated.
